Social Media Management Package

Objective:
Subcontracted by a local marketing agency, we managed a non-profit’s social media to rebuild trust, maintain positive brand affinity, and improve customer service after recent PR challenges.

Approach:
To build brand trust and affinity, we leveraged Facebook and Instagram to inform, educate, and engage the non-profit’s community. We organized a content day, provided brand guidelines, and created content pillars to streamline key information, including updates, upcoming events, community changes, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Results:

Throughout the contract, brand sentiment improved significantly. Community members appreciated the direct connection with the brand and the opportunity to have their questions and concerns addressed. The increased transparency helped counteract negative PR and provided valuable insights into the topics and interests that mattered most to the audience.
